From utility invoice processing to sustainability consulting to rate optimization services to tenant and resident billing, our client helps everyone from Fortune 500 companies to affordable housing developers lower their carbon footprint and save money.
We provide our client the service of a Center of Excellence to process all utility invoices, from retrieval to payment, and manage the accounts payable efficiently. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Analyst to join our team at LOFTT.
As a Data Entry Analyst, you are responsible for the entry of data from utility bills into our database. Accurate, timely, and complete utility data is at the heart of all of our client´s services and you play a pivotal role as the starting point and foundation. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our databases, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data, and supporting various data-related tasks. Key Responsibilities
Enter new utility bill information into database with precision and speed.
Use quality control tools to verify accuracy and correct data entries for accuracy.
Communicate with billing specialists regarding out of norm invoices
Establishes entry priorities and meet daily and weekly deadlines
Troubleshoot and modify bill copies when needed (i.e. separate mis-scanned bills)
Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and track down further information for incomplete entries
Work with billing specialists to onboard new accounts for existing clients
Work on special projects related to utility bill data as needed (i.e. tax exemption and rate change audits)
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data
Other data-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining a fast pace are extremely important
Excellent typing accuracy and data entry skills.
Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
Must have 8,000 ksph or more
Self motivated and self directed
Ability to see the big picture and the importance of this role in the team
Ability to work independently, efficiently, meet deadlines, and willing to respond to last-minute requests
The ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with different teams and stakeholders
High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive data.
Proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Intermediate level skills with Access and/or Excel helpful
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

$3.500.000 monthly salary
Monthly allowance of $300.000 for remote job communications
